Form tips

Controlled Movement

It's crucial to make sure that your movements are controlled and not too fast. Rapid, jerky movements can lead to muscle strain and other injuries. Instead, focus on making slow, deliberate circles with your arms. Avoid the common mistake of speeding up the exercise as it can lead to improper form and potential injuries.

Appropriate Weight

Choose a weight that is challenging but manageable. If the weight is too heavy, it can lead to improper form and potential injuries. If the weight is too light, you may not get the most out of the exercise.
