Conseils techniques

Avoid Rushing

A common mistake is rushing through the exercise. It's important to perform each step-up and step-down slowly and with control. This ensures you're working your muscles effectively and reduces the risk of injury.

Height of the Step Box

The height of the step box should be appropriate for your fitness level. If you're a beginner, start with a lower box. As you get stronger, you can increase the height. However, the box should never be so high that it causes you to lose form or balance.
