Conseils techniques

Controlled Movement

Avoid the common mistake of letting the weights control your movement. You should be in control of the weights at all times, both when pushing down and when returning to the starting position. A slow, controlled movement is more effective and reduces the risk of injury.

Right Weight Selection

Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform the exercise with proper form. Using too heavy weights can lead to improper form, which can result in injuries and diminish the effectiveness of the exercise.
