Conseils techniques

Engage Your Core

Engage your core muscles throughout the exercise. This will not only help maintain your balance, but it also ensures that the stretch is focused on your hip flexors and not spreading to other parts of your body. A common mistake is to let the stomach sag or the back arch, which can lead to lower back pain.

Maintain Proper Posture

Keep your torso upright and your shoulders down and back. Avoid leaning forward or to the side as this can reduce the effectiveness of the stretch and potentially lead to injury.
