Conseils techniques

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing the movement. The key to this exercise is to control the weights as you lift and lower them, not letting momentum do the work. This ensures that your muscles are fully engaged throughout the exercise.

Proper Breathing

Breathe in as you lower the weights and breathe out as you lift them. Proper breathing helps to maintain a steady rhythm, and it ensures your muscles are getting the oxygen they need.

Avoid Leaning Back

A common mistake is to lean back while performing the press. This can put unnecessary strain on your lower back
