Conseils techniques

Avoid Rushing

A common mistake is to perform the exercise too quickly. Instead, focus on the quality of each repetition, not the quantity. Slow, controlled movements will help to engage your muscles more effectively and reduce the risk of injury.

Correct Form

Keep your elbows close to your body as you row the dumbbells towards your waist. Avoid flaring your elbows out to the sides, which can put unnecessary strain on your shoulders and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise for your back muscles.

Full Range of Motion

To get the most out of the exercise, make sure you are using a full range of motion.
