Conseils techniques

Controlled Movement

Avoid jerking or using momentum to lift the kettlebell. Instead, use a slow and controlled movement, pulling the kettlebell up towards your hip while keeping your elbow close to your body. This will ensure that the focus remains on your back muscles and not on your arm or shoulder.

Hand Position

Make sure your hand is positioned correctly on the kettlebell handle. It should be centered, and your grip should be firm but not overly tight. This will help to maintain control of the kettlebell and reduce the risk of injury.

Avoid Twisting

A common mistake is to twist the torso during the lift.
