Conseils techniques

Maintain Good Form

As you lower your body, ensure your knees are in line with your feet and do not go past your toes. This is a common mistake that can lead to knee injuries. Also, your back should remain straight throughout the exercise. Leaning too far forward or backward can strain your back.

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing the movement. Lower your body in a slow, controlled motion and then push back up through your heels. This will engage your muscles more effectively and reduce the risk of injury from sudden, jerky movements.
