Conseils techniques

Maintain Correct Posture

Keep your back straight, chest up, and shoulders back throughout the exercise. Avoid rounding your back or hunching your shoulders, as this can lead to injuries. Also, ensure your feet are shoulder-width apart and flat on the ground to maintain balance.

Controlled Movement

When lifting the bar, make sure to do it in a controlled manner. Avoid jerking or swinging the barbell, as this can lead to muscle strain and does not effectively target the biceps. The movement should be slow and controlled, focusing on the bicep muscle contraction and relaxation.
