Conseils techniques

Correct Form

As you lower your body, push your hips back and bend your knees, keeping your chest up and your back straight. Your knees should not go past your toes, as this can put unnecessary strain on your knees. Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then push through your heels to return to the starting position.

Control Your Movement

A common mistake is to rush the exercise. It's important to control your movement throughout the exercise, lowering and raising your body slowly and smoothly. This will help to engage your muscles effectively and reduce the risk of injury.
