コーチングのポイント

フォームのコツ

Correct Grip

Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing your body. This is your starting position. Ensure that your grip is firm but not too tight as this can lead to unnecessary strain on the wrists.

Controlled Movement

Raise one dumbbell in front of you in a slow, controlled motion until your arm is slightly higher than parallel to the floor. Keep your elbow slightly bent to avoid strain and ensure that your wrist is not bending throughout the lift. Then, lower the dumbbell back down in a controlled motion. Repeat with the other arm.

Using Momentum

One of the common mistakes is using momentum to lift the weights.
