Front Deltoid exercises
The anterior deltoid sits on the front of the shoulder and raises the arm forward. It is the head that takes over when a bench press steepens past about 45 degrees and becomes an incline press. Overhead presses, front raises, and some push-up variations list it as the target. Because it already works as a synergist on almost every chest press, this hub is for movements whose primary job is that front head, not every bench in the atlas. Watch elbow path: a flare turns a press into a pec exercise; a tighter tuck keeps the deltoid in charge. Rotator cuff and long-head biceps share the region, so the facts list on each card still names supporting muscles.
