Technik-Tipps

Proper Band Positioning

Ensure that the band is securely fastened around your feet or a stationary object in front of you. It should be at about mid-foot level. If the band slips, it can cause injury.

Controlled Movements

Avoid jerky or fast movements. The key to this exercise is control and maintaining tension in the band. Pull the band towards your abdomen slowly and release it back with control. This will ensure that your muscles are engaged throughout the exercise.

Avoid Overextending

Don't pull the band past your body or stretch it too far. This can put undue strain on your back and shoulders.
