Technik-Tipps

Correct Grip

Grip the barbell or dumbbells with your hands just wider than shoulder-width apart. A common mistake is gripping too wide or too narrow, which can limit the range of motion and effectiveness of the exercise.

Controlled Movement

Pull the barbell or dumbbells towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the motion. Lower the weights back down with control.
