Technik-Tipps

Controlled Movements

Lower the dumbbell behind your head in a slow, controlled manner until your elbows are at about a 90-degree angle. Then, use your triceps to extend your arms and raise the dumbbell back to the starting position. Avoid the common mistake of rushing the movement or using momentum to lift the weight, as this can lead to injury and won't effectively target your triceps.

Maintain Elbow Position

Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the exercise.
