Technik-Tipps

Controlled Movement

When performing the exercise, roll the ball towards your body using your foot and leg, while simultaneously lifting your hips off the ground. It's essential to maintain control throughout this movement. Avoid rushing through the exercise or using momentum to pull the ball, as this can lead to strain and won't engage your muscles effectively.

Keep Your Core Engaged

Throughout the exercise, keep your core engaged. This will help maintain balance and stability, particularly as you're working with one leg. A common mistake is to allow the body to sag or the core to disengage, which can lead to back strain.
