Technik-Tipps
Before you start, adjust the machine according to your body size. Make sure the lever is at a comfortable height and the seat is at a position where your feet can easily reach the footrest. The pads should be on the outside of your knees. Incorrect adjustments can lead to ineffective workouts and potential injuries.
Avoid rushing through the exercise. Perform the exercise with slow, controlled movements. When you push your legs out, hold the position for a second or two, then slowly bring them back to the starting position. This will ensure that your muscles are fully engaged throughout the exercise.
