Technik-Tipps
Bend one knee and place the ankle of the bent leg on the knee of the straight leg. This forms a triangle shape with your legs. Reach through the triangle and hold the back of your straight leg, pulling it gently towards your chest. You should feel a stretch in the glute of the bent leg. It's important to keep your back flat on the ground throughout the stretch to avoid straining your spine.
It's a common mistake to pull the straight leg too hard towards your chest in an attempt to deepen the stretch. This can lead to muscle strain or injury.
