Technik-Tipps

Proper Grip

Hold the barbell with an underhand grip (palms facing forward) and hands shoulder-width apart. Avoid gripping the barbell too tightly as it can lead to wrist strain.

Controlled Movement

Lift the weights by flexing your elbows and curling the barbell towards your chest. Ensure the movement is slow and controlled, both while lifting and lowering the weights. Avoid the common mistake of dropping the weights quickly after curling them up, as this can lead to muscle injury.

Full Range of Motion

Make sure to fully extend your arms at the bottom of the movement and fully curl the weight up to your chest.
