Band exercises

A band in this catalog is a loop or tube that increases tension as it stretches. Pull-aparts, monster walks, pushdowns, and banded presses appear when the slug is band. Resistance_band is a separate slug if the import split them; both may exist. Bands are useful when a cable stack is missing, which is why home searchers land here. The strength curve is the opposite of a free weight at the bottom of a curl. That does not make every band movement a rehab drill. This hub is the gear slice. Muscle links on the cards send you to anatomy. Similar exercises prefer other band rows of the same target. No Amazon pack, no color-chart of tensions. Published exercise counts on the page update with the catalog so this introduction stays about anatomy and equipment rather than a stale number.
