Form tips

Controlled Movement

Avoid fast, jerky movements. This can put unnecessary strain on your muscles and spine, possibly leading to injury. Instead, perform each bend slowly and with control, focusing on the muscle contraction and relaxation.

Appropriate Weight

Using a barbell that is too heavy is a common mistake. This can result in improper form and potential injury. Start with a light weight to get the movement right, then gradually increase the weight as your strength and form improve.

Avoid Overextending

Do not bend too far to the side.
