Abs exercises
The rectus abdominis is the paired muscle that flexes the lumbar spine and is the “abs” people point at. Crunches, sit-ups, hanging leg raises, and rollouts are the usual targets. Isometric braces appear when the catalog stored the rectus as the primary rather than a generic core stabilizer. The linea alba splits left and right halves; the atlas does not fake an upper-versus-lower muscle, but hanging raises and crunches still feel different and remain separate entries. Hip flexors will cheat a poorly performed raise; read the how-to on the card. This hub is narrower than the core group page: obliques have their own URL. Equipment is often none, a captain’s chair, or a cable. No meal plan, no 8-minute abs — catalog movements only.
