Form tips

Control Your Movements

Avoid jerking the weight up and down. Instead, lift the dumbbell in a controlled manner, focusing on the muscle contraction and relaxation. This not only reduces the risk of injury, but also ensures that the targeted muscles are being effectively worked.

Choose Appropriate Weight

Select a weight that allows you to complete the desired number of reps without compromising your form. If the weight is too heavy, you may end up using momentum to lift it, which can lead to incorrect form and potential injury.
