Form tips

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing through the movement. It's crucial to lift and lower the weights in a controlled manner. This will not only prevent injuries but also ensure that you're working the right muscles. A common mistake is to let momentum drive the movement, rather than engaging the muscles.

Correct Weight

Choose a weight that is challenging but manageable. If the weight is too heavy, your form will suffer, increasing the risk of injury. On the other hand, if it's too light, you won't get the full benefits of the exercise.
