Form tips

Controlled Movements

Avoid the common mistake of rushing the movements. The key to a successful glute bridge is slow, controlled movement. Lift your hips off the ground by squeezing your glutes, hold for a few seconds at the top, then lower back down slowly. This will ensure maximum muscle engagement and prevent unnecessary strain.

Keep Your Core Engaged

Often, people forget to engage their core during this exercise. Keeping your core tight will help maintain your balance and stability throughout the exercise, as well as protect your lower back.

Avoid Overextending

A common mistake is to lift the hips too high, which can strain the lower back.
