Form tips

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing the movement. This can lead to improper form and potential injury. Instead, focus on controlling the kettlebell as you pass it from one hand to the other under your lunged leg. This will not only help prevent injury but also engage and strengthen your core muscles.

Right Weight

Use a kettlebell that is challenging but manageable. Using a kettlebell that is too heavy can lead to poor form and potential injury. Start with a lighter weight and gradually increase as your strength and technique improve.

Balance

This exercise requires good balance.
