Form tips

Correct Grip

Hold the kettlebell with both hands, ensuring your grip is firm but not too tight. A common mistake is gripping the kettlebell too tightly, which can lead to wrist strain. The kettlebell should swing freely from your hands.

Eye Contact

Keep your eyes on the kettlebell throughout the swing. This helps maintain balance and focus, and it prevents you from leaning too far forward or backward. A common mistake is to look down or to the sides, which can throw off your balance and lead to injury.
