Form tips

Engage Your Core

The key to a successful knee touch crunch is to engage your core muscles. When you lift your upper body to touch your knees, make sure it's your abdominal muscles doing the work, not your neck or shoulders. A common mistake is to pull on your neck, which can lead to strain and injury.

Controlled Movements

Make sure your movements are slow and controlled. Rushing through the exercise or using momentum to lift your body can reduce its effectiveness and increase the risk of injury.

Breathing Technique

Breathing is crucial in any exercise.
