Form tips

Foot Placement

Place your foot in the middle of the platform. This will ensure that the force is evenly distributed across your entire foot, rather than just your toes or heels. Avoid placing your foot too high or too low on the platform as it may cause undue stress on your knees or ankles.

Controlled Movement

Avoid the common mistake of using momentum to lift the weight. Ensure that the movement is controlled both on the way up and on the way down. This will engage your muscles more effectively and reduce the risk of injury.
