Form tips

Controlled Movements

Raise your hips off the floor while keeping your back straight, and then slowly lower them back to the starting position. Avoid the common mistake of rushing the movement or using momentum to lift your hips, as this can lead to injury and won't effectively target the intended muscles.

Engage Your Core

Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise. This not only helps to stabilize your body but also ensures that you're working your abdominal muscles as well as your glutes and hamstrings. A common mistake is to let the abs relax, which can strain the lower back.

Keep Your Feet Flat

Make sure your feet stay flat on the floor throughout the exercise. Lifting your heels
