Form tips

Maintain Correct Posture

When performing the middle back stretch, ensure that your spine is aligned correctly. Avoid rounding your back or hunching over, as this can lead to strain or injury. Instead, keep your back straight and your shoulders relaxed.

Breathe Correctly

It's important to maintain steady, slow, and deep breathing while stretching. Holding your breath or shallow breathing can increase tension in your body, making the stretch less effective.

Avoid Overstretching

A common mistake is to push too hard and overstretch the muscles.
