Form tips

Slow and Controlled Movement

A common mistake that people often make is rushing through the exercise. It is important to perform the wrist flexion articulation slowly and with controlled movement. This will help you engage the right muscles and avoid any potential injuries.

Use Appropriate Weight

If you are using a dumbbell or a resistance band for the exercise, make sure you are using the right weight. Using a weight that is too heavy can lead to strain and injury. Start with a lighter weight and gradually increase as your strength improves.

Don't Overextend

Avoid overextending your wrist during the exercise. Overextension can lead to injury. Your wrist should be in line with your forearm
