Conseils techniques

Controlled Movement

As you bend to the side, ensure your movement is slow and controlled. Avoid jerky or fast movements that can strain your muscles. It's not about how fast you can go, but how well you can control your body movements.

Maintain Alignment

Keep your body in a straight line from your feet to your hands. Avoid leaning forward or backward as this can put unnecessary strain on your back and doesn't effectively target the intended muscles.

Proper Breathing

Remember to breathe throughout the exercise. Inhale as you return to the center and exhale as you bend to the side. Holding your breath can cause dizziness
