Conseils techniques

Controlled Movements

One common mistake is to twist too quickly or jerkily. This can put undue stress on your spine and can lead to injury. Instead, focus on slow, controlled movements, allowing your core muscles to fully engage and control the twist.

Maintain Tension in the Band

To get the most out of this exercise, you should always keep a certain level of tension in the band. If the band gets slack, you're not getting the full benefit of the exercise. Make sure to choose a band with a resistance level that allows you to maintain tension but still perform the exercise correctly.
