Conseils techniques
This exercise primarily targets your glutes and lower back. To get the most out of the exercise, make sure you're engaging your glute muscles during the movement. Avoid the mistake of using your upper body or arms to lift your legs. The lifting motion should come from the hips and glutes.
Your legs should be bent at the knees, resembling a frog's legs. This is where the exercise gets its name. Make sure to keep your legs in this position throughout the exercise, as straightening your legs can lead to lower back strain.
