Conseils techniques

Correct Grip

Hold the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. A common mistake is holding the bar too wide or too narrow, which can strain your wrists and limit the effectiveness of the exercise.

Controlled Movement

Lower the bar slowly and in a controlled manner to your chest, ensuring the bar lightly touches your lower chest. A common mistake is bouncing the bar off the chest or not bringing it down fully, which can lead to injury and limit the effectiveness of the exercise.

Breathing Technique

Breathe in as you lower the bar and breathe out as you push the bar back up.
