Balance

Balance is key in performing one leg squats. A common mistake is letting your body lean to one side, which can lead to injury. To avoid this, focus on keeping your weight centered over your standing leg and use your arms for balance. You may also want to practice near a wall or a sturdy piece of furniture that you can hold onto if you lose balance.

Depth

A common mistake is not squatting deep enough. Aim to lower your hips
