Avoid Leaning Forward

A common mistake is to lean forward over the front leg. This can put unnecessary strain on your back and knees, and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise. Instead, aim to keep your torso upright and your weight centered over your hips throughout the movement.

Don't Let Your Knee Cave In

Another common mistake is allowing the front knee to cave inward. This can lead to knee injury. To avoid this, make sure your knee is tracking over your second toe and not moving inwards towards your big toe.
