Coaching-Hinweise

Technik-Tipps

Avoid Leaning Forward

A common mistake is leaning too far forward during the squat. This can put unnecessary strain on your lower back and knees. Instead, focus on keeping your torso upright and your weight centered over your front foot.

Controlled Movement

Lower yourself slowly and under control into the squat. Don't drop down quickly or use momentum to push back up. This slow and controlled movement ensures you're using your muscles, not momentum, to perform the exercise and it also helps to prevent injury.
