Form tips

Core Engagement

Engage your core throughout the entire movement. This will not only help you maintain balance but also protect your lower back from strain. A common mistake is to let the stomach relax and the lower back arch, which can lead to injury.

Control Your Movement

Make sure you're not rushing through the exercise. Maintain control during both the lowering and lifting phases of the squat. This will help to effectively work the targeted muscles and prevent injury.
