Form tips

Correct Form

As you sit up, twist your torso so that your elbow moves towards the opposite knee. The key here is to ensure that the twist comes from your torso, not your neck or shoulders. This is a common mistake that can lead to strain or injury.

Controlled Movement

Avoid rushing through the movement. The effectiveness of this exercise lies in the controlled contraction and extension of your abdominal muscles. A common mistake is to use momentum to swing yourself up and down, which can result in less effective training and potential back injury.
