Form tips

Controlled Movement

A common mistake is to use momentum to swing the barbell from side to side. Instead, focus on controlled movements. This will engage the core muscles more effectively and reduce the risk of injury.

Use Appropriate Weights

Start with a light weight to get the technique right before gradually increasing the weight. Using a weight that's too heavy can compromise your form and lead to injury.
