Form tips
A common mistake is using too much weight. The reverse wrist curl is not about lifting heavy; it's about working the muscles in your forearm. Using too much weight can lead to poor form and potential wrist and forearm injuries. Start with a light weight and gradually increase as your strength improves.
Perform the exercise with slow and controlled movements. Avoid quick, jerky movements which can strain the wrist. Raise the weight by extending your hand upward as far as possible, hold for a moment, then lower it back down. This ensures that your muscles are fully engaged throughout the exercise.
