Conseils techniques

Avoid Using Heavy Weights

A common mistake is using weights that are too heavy, which can lead to improper form and potential injury. Start with lighter weights and gradually increase as your strength improves.

Keep Your Elbows High

When lifting the weights, make sure your elbows are always higher than your wrists. This helps engage the correct muscles and reduces the risk of injury.

Don't Rush

Another common mistake is performing the exercise too quickly. The upright row should be performed in a slow and controlled manner.
