教练提示

姿势要点

Correct Posture

Position yourself correctly before starting the exercise. Lie on your side with your knees bent and stacked, and your arms extended in front of you with your hands together. This is the starting position for the Open Book Stretch. Incorrect posture can lead to ineffective stretching and even injury.

Controlled Movement

When performing the stretch, make sure your movements are slow and controlled. Rushing through the exercise or using jerky movements can lead to injury. As you rotate your upper body, keep your knees stacked and try to keep them touching the floor. This will help you get the maximum stretch in your thoracic spine.
