姿势要点

Correct Positioning

Start by kneeling on the floor or a mat. Tuck one foot under and lean back, using your arms for support. Your other knee should remain bent with your foot flat on the floor. Make sure your back is straight and you're not arching it excessively, which is a common mistake that can lead to lower back pain.

Gradual Stretch

Slowly lean back until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh. Avoid the mistake of forcing the stretch. It should feel comfortable, not painful. If you feel any sharp or intense pain, ease off the stretch.

Hold and Breathe

Hold the stretch for about 15-30 seconds, remembering to breathe deeply and regularly.
