教练提示

姿势要点

Control Your Movement

Avoid quick or jerky movements that could strain your muscles or spine. Instead, rotate your upper body slowly and gently to the left and right. The movement should come from your waist, not your hips.

Don't Overstretch

Overstretching can lead to injuries. When you rotate, go only as far as it feels comfortable. You should feel a gentle stretch, not pain. If it hurts, you've gone too far.

Engage Your Core

Engaging your core muscles can enhance the effectiveness of this stretch. Tighten your abdominal muscles as you rotate, which can help support your lower back and prevent injury.
