教练提示
姿势要点
Your elbows should remain close to your body and should not move during the exercise. A common mistake is to flare the elbows out or move them during the exercise, which can lead to injury and reduce the effectiveness of the workout.
To get the most out of the triceps pushdown, you need to ensure you're using a full range of motion. This means fully extending your arms at the bottom of the movement and allowing them to return to a 90-degree angle at the top. Avoid partial reps as they don't fully work the triceps.
Avoid using momentum to lower the weight.
