Form tips

Arm Motion

Your arms should swing naturally with each step. This not only helps to maintain balance but also boosts your speed and burns more calories. However, avoid excessive arm swinging or holding your arms stiffly at your sides.

Foot Movement

Land softly on your heel and roll your foot forward to push off on your toes. This is called heel-to-toe walking and it helps to reduce the strain on your feet.

Pace Yourself

Don't start off too fast. Begin at a slow pace to warm up your muscles and gradually increase your speed. Walking too fast without a proper warm-up can lead to injuries.
