Chest exercises
The chest is the pectoralis major: a fan-shaped pushing muscle on the front of the ribcage. Its clavicular fibers raise the arm and fill the upper shelf; sternal fibers drive horizontal adduction in a bench or dip. The atlas treats chest as one search slice because that is how people ask — chest exercises, not Latin heads. Movements here are mostly presses and flyes with a bench, cables, or the floor. Incline shifts load toward the clavicle; decline and dip bias the lower sternum. Stabilizers include the anterior deltoid and triceps, so a chest slice still shows those roles on each card. Use the map to stay on this group, then open a movement for equipment, cues, and similar variations grounded in the catalog rather than a generic workout template.
